1. Scope & Definitions
These Terms govern your use of TrackLock Ride's website, products, and related services. "Products" refers to physical mounts and associated software/firmware; "Services" includes ordering, shipping, and support functions.
2. Account Creation & Access
When creating an account you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and any activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our products or services, including attempting to reverse engineer firmware to defeat security features, or using services for unlawful tracking. Misuse may result in account suspension and legal action.
4. Ordering, Shipping & Payments
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We use third-party payment processors; payment disputes should be raised directly with your payment provider and with our support team. Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
5. Warranty, Returns & Liability
Products come with the warranty described at the time of purchase. Except as required by law, TrackLock Ride's total liability for any claim related to products or services is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
